The apartment, with lateral view to the sea, is integrated in a 7 floors condominium situated directly in front of a 20 miles long beach and of the promenade in the center of Santa Margarita / ROSAS. Boutiques, supermarkets and restaurants are inviting for the time after the leisure beach-day. The City of Rosas with its fishing port is easily reachable by walking down the beautiful promenade. The surroundings consist of mountains with natural reserves, lonely beaches or rocky bays as well as many points of interest.
