Located on the sunrise side of the island. The main floor is surrounded by porches with a large 6-person Jacuzzi and fantastic water views in all directions. A large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops overlooks the great room surrounded by walls of glass on three sides. All bedrooms have vaulted 12 foot cypress ceilings. The entire second level accommodates a master suite with a marble and granite bath, steam room and complete work-out room overlooking the water. Tropical palms & landscaping overlook the Gulf’s open waters and surround the heated/chilled pool. Kayak & snorkeling equipment for use. Amenities on this gated island include an inland beach with salt-water swimming lagoon, club house, 2 tennis courts and barbeque area with 2 miles of paved roads surrounded by water.
