This double story house is located at North Aruba, Palm Beach area. Five minutes away from the beaches, restaurants and the hotel area. All the entertainment just around the corner. It is the Aruba's favorite spot on the island. The house is fully furnished and consist of 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room. The house has an alarm security system. On the Palma Real complex is a community pool which is available for our tenants to enjoy and to relax.
