SH Contemporary upside down house built to take advantage of the Ocean and Bay water views. . It is about a 5 min drive to Southampton Village and Coopers Beach (voted the 4th best in the country!) The house is very private and located at the end of a cul-de-sac on 1.4 acres. It has a very large front lawn, heated in ground private pool (with outdoor speakers) and has trails in the woods. It is an 'up-side down house' where the main living area is on the second floor to take advantage of a distant water view…..you feel like you are in the treetops. Front and back decks with outdoor speakers. Bright and airy with cathedral ceilings/new palladium windows and French Doors. New kitchen (granite marble, stainless appliances and gas stove) New master and guest bath (marble/granite). New wood floors throughout and beachy decor. Comfortable large bedrooms perfect for families with children. Pool is completely gated with pool alarm. Flat screen TV's/stereo with ipod hook up. internet&alarm
