This beautiful and quiet development is in the middle of the La Safor mountain range. Take a glass of Sangria on the terrace and watch the romantic sunsets and lights from Gandia and Villalonga. The mountains and orange groves are a natural habitat. Come and take a paella with the Spanish people. The friendliness and hospitality of the Valencianos are truly welcoming! Relax in tranquillity with the perfume of the orange blossom and have a stress free vacation. You work so hard you deserve it! Take in the sun and within 10 minutes you can be at the sea to feel like a holidaymaker yet away from the crowds of tourists. Newly built in 2002, 2 king-size comfortable bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite shower room, and separate shower room. WC and bidet are also available. A Living room, dining room, and american style kitchen. Covered terrace and large pool terrace are available. Roman steps leading down to a 9 x 4 private pool to a maximum of 1.8m depth. The carport takes 1 car.

Villalonga-Ador is only 7 km from Gandia. It takes 64 km to Valencia and 116 km to Alicante airports. Villalonga is a friendly village with bars and restaurants. Shops and supermarkets (Mercadona). A weekly typical Spanish market selling fresh fruit and vegetables can be found on the main Paseo of the village, this is a must during your stay. On the urbanisation itself there is the ´Monte Corona´ restaurant where you can take a cold beer or a glass of wine and sample the food from the International kitchen whilst enjoying the scenery of the mountain range and sea views. The town of Gandia is only 10 minutes away by car which has lots of shops and a newly opened commercial centre. For the more energetic who like walking there are many walks to be found where you can take in the amazing scenery.

The gastronomy and the food culture are sure to get your heart beating. There are so many good bars and restaurants to choose from to sample the fine Spanish red wines. Here you can forget about work and everyday stresses to concentrate on the most important weeks of the year.

Sport and Recreation: If you like sport everything is here for you. From kite surfing to golf, this is all available within easy reach. Families - they want the beach! This is just 10 minutes away by car. Sunbath and play on the sandy manicured Gandia beach. Refresh yourselves by taking a swim in the clear sea water and take away with you the memories of an unforgettable holiday. Also your children will never forget the time they spent on the beach. Gandia beach has full disabled facilities.

Excursions: The theme park Terra Mitica is only 45 minutes away by motorway. It is similar to Disneyland in Paris and Disneyland in LA. Also the Terra Natura and Seaworld with a special Dolphin show are very nice for children. If you want to see sea life then 40 minutes away in Valencia is the fantastic Oceanagraphico. It is a must for families with children. Aqualandia in Cullera, only 20 minutes away is a water park, very good for younger families.

Golf: For golf lovers you are in a perfect area! Only 20 minutes away you have Oliva Nova Golf course with 18 holes. 35 minutes away at La Sella, Denia there is a 18 whole golf course, soon to be 27 holes and 40 minutes drive takes you to Javea Golf course where you can find 9 holes, soon to be 18. For the golf widows, there is a spa located at the Marriott Hotel, La Sella Golf course. Come and enjoy your favourite sport during the day and relax by your private pool in the evening taking sundowners.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks staying at Casita Dolores near Villalonga earlier this year. The villa was perfect, and exactly as described on the website, with great views of the surrounding area. Having such a large well-maintained pool to ourselves was great and the owners, Sabine and Raul were very helpful. The local beach at Gandia was busy but there were plenty of other beaches up and down the coast. I would recommend a trip to Valencia and we also found a fantastic castle at Xativa to explore. But the best bit of the holiday was sitting by the pool with a glass of wine watching some spectacular sunsets - a truly unforgettable experience.

Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Feriendomizil, entfernt vom Massentourismus, jedoch sehr zentral gelegen, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Vermieter überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für alles! Fam. Andreas Gluma aus Waltrop. *** Es ist alles super, sauber und gepflegt. Man kann es hier in der Casita Dolores genießen, abschalten vom Stress zuhause. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet , es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten mit Pool lässt keine wünsche offen. Super! Klasse! Toll! Die Dietewichs *** Eigentlich sollten wir auf jegliches Lob verzichten? sonst werden noch alle aufmerksam auf diesen Traumurlaub in der Casita Dolores und schnappen uns die Termine weg. Aber was soll?s! Wir vergeben hiermit ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken 10 von 10 Punkten und bedanken uns bei Sabine und Raul für Paella und alles andere, was uns die 3 Wochen so sensationell gefallen hat. Nichts als Lob!

Eigentlich ist ja alles gesagt - aber eben noch nicht von allen! Und so fügen wir den zahlreichen Lobeshymnen gerne eine weitere hinzu, denn das Ferienhaus und seine überaus netten Vermieter lassen wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ("Casita" ist eine Untertreibung) liegt ebenso ruhig wie zentral. Vor allem hat uns seine geschmackvolle Einrichtung gefallen (wir mussten bei unserer Ankuft aber auch wirklich gar nichts wegräumen oder abhängen). Lob auch für den Pool und den Garten. Fazit: Mehr als empfehlenswert!

Wie zu Hause

Dies war der erste Urlaub, den wir gerne verlängert hätten. Bisher freuten wir uns kurz vor der Abreise immer auf unser zu Hause. Doch wir Drei haben uns in unserem Urlaub in der Casita Dolores so pudelwohl gefühlt, dass wir unser zu Hause gar nicht vermissten. Wir haben uns in dem mit allem was man braucht ausgestatteten Ferienhaus super erholt. Da brauchten wir gar nicht immerzu an den Strand zu fahren, da es am Pool einfach schöner war. Unser Moritz konnte darin Schwimmen und spielen, ohne dass wir ständig aufpassen mussten, ob eine Welle kommt und der Wind nachmittags am Meer war dort auch nicht so stark vorhanden. Apropos Pool, der hat auch für Erwachsene eine gute Größe, so dass man schon ein paar Bahnen Schwimmen kann. Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch, dass wir keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher mitnehmen mussten. Und auch den Außengrill haben wir öfters genutzt. Ganz klar das Essen zu jeder Tageszeit draußen am Pool ist einfach herrlich! Unserer Familie und Freunden haben wir die erste Woche nach der Rückkehr nur vorgeschwärmt und werden es weiter tun, sobald wir von unseren Ferien erzählen werden.
Auf den Punkt gebracht: Wir können uns nur bei Sabine und Raul für diese wunderschönen Ferien bedanken. Sie standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und das auf eine ganz herzliche Art. Wir sind froh die beiden und ihren kleinen Yves kennengelernt zu haben und werden den Kontakt weiter halten.

Macht so weiter, viele Liebe Grüsse, Simone, Matthias und Moritz!!!

Familienfreundliches Ferienhaus

Als Familie mit kleinen Kindern (4 und 1 1/4 Jahre) haben wir uns im Casita Dolores sehr wohl gefühlt. Das liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen, der Pool wurde jeden Tag benutzt und der Grill erfreute uns Erwachsene. Im Kinderbettchen und im Kinderstuhl fühlte sich die Kleine wohl, so daß wir alle eine erholsame Zeit in Villalonga verbringen konnten. Auch haben wir uns sehr über den netten Empfang der Gastgeber gefreut.
