A charming and supremely located two bedroom apartment in the heart of New York City's East Village awaits you! The apartment has two bedrooms -- one with a queen-size bed, the other with a double. Both rooms have closets for your gear. In the lounge/entertainment area, there's a convertible sofa (twin bed), TV with cable, PlayStation 2/DVD player, iPod hook-up and wireless Internet. There's also a small sitting/dining space, a fully equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher, full bathroom with tub and a private back deck. It's a first-floor walk-up, and a comfortable apartment for two to five adults. There are great restaurants, wonderful shops and the downtown location doesn't get much better for nightlife. It's a safe and vibrant neighborhood -- perfect for the day walker or night owl. There's a massive Whole Foods store a few of blocks away, laundromat on the same street and a bank on the corner!

This apartment is in such a great location. There is a great wine bar across the street from the building, a fabulous Italian restaurant down the street, good coffee around the corner, and the best burger I have ever had in my entire life (and I've had a few burgers) a few blocks away. The night life is amazing. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. We brought our 20 month old baby and had no problems. Cute expensive Italian baby clothes store around the corner! The neighborhood is very nice, yet east village supercool.
