Beautiful sunset views of Cudjoe Bay from our screened deck. Your boat will be in easy reach when tied to our 100 ft concrete dock, complete with fish cleaning table. Concrete steps for easy entry for swimming. Electricity and fresh water at the dock. You will enjoy the sandy beach and gently sloping yard for walk in bay water access. You will love the new custom kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.There is the outdoor shower for easy clean up outside. The property is fenced and has beautiful landscaping for privacy. Both bedrooms have 1 king size bed and a TV.
