Lage - Top! - Ausstattung - Flop ?

Positiv hervorzuheben sind neben der schönen Lage noch die folgenden Punkte: Schönes Haus, gut geschnittenes Wohnzimmer (Erker mit hohen Fenstern) - Frühstücksservice - Preiswerter WLAN-Zugang.

Verbesserungswürdig erscheinen: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung vermittelt den Eindruck, daß hier seit längerem nicht allzu viel (re-)investiert wurde und ist darüber hinaus auch sehr knapp gehalten (letzteres insb. im Küchenbereich). Die lt. Inserat als "gemütlich" ausgewiesene Einrichtung entspricht wohl dem "Charme der Neunziger Jahre", der zugegebenermassen sicherlich nicht jedermanns/-fraus Geschmack trifft... Die im Inserat wiedergegebenen Photos entsprechen leider nicht der tatsächlichen Möbilierung.
