Waikoloa Colony Villas:
The Waikoloa Colony Villas are the only townhomes within the Waikoloa Beach Resort with many owner-occupied Villas making this one of the area's most desirable locations for a quiet, very private Hawai'ian get-away. The Colony Villas are spread across 22 acres tucked away between the Beach and the Kings' golf courses with only 6 Villas per building designed for optimal privacy. Our Villa is located on the outside of building 18 with it's own, separate entrance. We are centrally located next to the tennis courts, the fitness center, BBQs and the main pool with spa/hot tub.
Villa 1801:
We purchased our Villa as new construction in February 2004. This was our vacation home until one year later we decided to move to the Big Island permanently. However, my husband's job requires that we live several miles south in Kailua Kona. We still use our Villa as a quick get-away because all of the Island's best beaches, restaurants and golf courses are located right there. In order to allow us to hang onto our Villa, we have opened our little piece of paradise to vacationers such as yourself along with our family and friends. We decided to keep all of our original decor because we don't want to spend our time in a barely furnished vacation rental as many of them tend to be. This is why we feel our villa is not appropriate for small children with all of the glass-topped tables and other delicate items. When you enter our Villa, you will immediately sense that this is truly a home away from home.
The Amenities:
Our furnishings in the living room are custom made to fit the room with top quality fabrics. Everything is done in a tasteful Hawaiian fashion. There are ceiling fans and TVs with DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms. The downstairs garden lanai has a beautiful, all-weather dark wicker table and chairs with a decorative free-standing palm tree light surrounded by areca palms for privacy. The kitchen is stocked with cooking oils, spices, many small appliances for added convenience, side-by-side paneled refrigerator with ice maker, GE Profile glass-top stove, microwave, dual stainless sinks and more pots and pans than you can imagine. I enjoy cooking so I have placed pretty much everything I need into the kitchen including bake ware and even a bread maker. We replaced the rather noisy contractor's dishwasher with a very quiet Bosch and also the kitchen faucet has been replaced offering better spray and water pressure. Everything you need for the beach is on sight.
Other Activities:
