The two story house features three bedrooms and one bath on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms open out on to the spacious first floor deck and pool area. A large covered deck with table and chairs is the perfect setting for lunch and dinner. A beautiful infinity edge pool and deck with lounges complete this amazing outdoor living area. Lush landscaping and an outdoor shower add to the tropical feel of this Costa Rica beach house.

This area also has an extra large, covered deck with amazing ocean views, a perfect place to enjoy the sunsets. Casa Fuego is literally just steps away from a great swimming beach, Sandy Beach and looks directly into the barrel of Playa Negra, which is one of the best surfing waves in all of Costa Rica.

This house is also located within walking distance to the Hotel Playa Negra, so you can walk over for a bite to eat at anytime. This house is well situated in a gated community with public water. Casa Fuego has ample room for parking.
