30 secs to a beautiful sand beach. Views of Martha's Vineyard on clear blue days (very often). Maushop Village, Mashpee. Adjacent to New Seabury Resort. 1 Master Bedroom(w/ ac) and 1 Bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2 story, comfortably fits 4-5 guests. 1.5 baths. Children welcome. Sat/Cable TV(HBO incl.), DVD, Broadband/Wifi included. Lovely kitchen area w/ all needed utensils, plates, glasses, pans, lobster pot, etc. Some toiletries inc. Outside patio area w/ quality bar-b-q(inc. gas hk up). Outdoor back sitting area w/ adirondack chairs. This is a special place where many great spring, summer and fall memories have been made. It's unique proximity to the beach makes it extremely convenient and friendly for couples and families. No roads ever need to be traveled to directly access the beach, making it stress free for folks with kids. Beautiful view of Nantucket Sound. Immediate surrounding neighbors include some of the nicest beach homes around. Guaranteed to be relaxing & fun.

Notes: Simplicity of access to many amenities. Stress free and comfortable. Social and fun. Direct access to beach path. Very safe for children as they never need to travel any public road to access the beach. Perhaps the Capes most sought after get away location by local and national celebs, sports pros, and top business people. They are blended in and just having fun long with everyone. The entire Maushop area is surrounded by Cape Cod's topmost Resort (New Seabury Resort) which has numerous amenities including a professional/national class golf course. Accessing resort options is not included and is up to visitors to arrange. The resort is wonderful but not at all necessary to enjoy and have a pact experience in this place. There is an additional dining area outside which seats 6+ . Additional outdoor sitting area in the back.
