Terrific 2nd floor 2BR/2BA condo with golf course views. Elevator access is provided. All modern amenities including new furniture and fixtures, and all new appliances. Washer and dryer are included. Wi-fi access can be obtained from the condo. Golf membership is included with this rental, with separate fees for membership transfer, golf carts, and reasonable course access fee. Stoneybrook has a new clubhouse and grill room, fitness center, driving range, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, and heated swimming pools. Your condo is located near the association's own tennis courts, swimming pool, and BBQ area. The condo has elevator access. It is fully furnished and is only minutes from beautiful Siesta Key Beach, Longboat Key, and St. Armand's Circle. Stoneybrook has organized golf events for all players. There are Men's Day, Ladies Day, and Sunday Couples for the golfers in your party.
