Modernly furnished 'Top Model' 1389 ft² home with all the luxuries you would expect to enjoy a relaxing and quiet vacation or perhaps a comfortable business stay. Warm and comfortable, this private home is well equipped and fully furnished with all new furnishings (it was just built so everything is new and clean!!). West facing lakefront balcony faces 'breath taking' sunsets and is perfect for enjoying a late afternoon refreshing drink or meal with your friends or loved ones. This architecturally 'Mediterranean Inspired' privately gated community represents high class and peaceful tranquility for the tasteful discriminating traveler, and is indeed one of Sarasota's newest 'resort style' communities in an area of rich growth. Just 10 to 15 minutes to the warm powder sands of various Gulf Coast beaches, 5 minutes to the Sarasota City Center, and just across the street from a variety of shopping and fine dining

The neighborhood of North Sarasota is the newest part of the city: quiet, safe and convenient to everything. From our Holiday Home it takes just 15 minutes to arrive to the warm sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and it is close to many restaurants, Florida's #1 supermarket, cafes, and shops which are just across the street (One can walk there if one desires). The Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is just 5 minutes away, though cheaper flights can be found into Tampa, Orlando, or Ft. Myers. Orlando is just 2 hours away and Tampa is only a 30 minute drive (During high traffic it will take one about 45 minutes to 1 hour to arrive from Tampa International Airport. There is no location closer in Sarasota, and there are several activities and attractions to occupy one for weeks in this tropical paradise!!!
