This newly-restored top-quality farmhouse apartment is located in a historical building with a special character. The apartment offers a complete array of amenities and comforts, with its own large terrace & direct access to a wonderful, peaceful courtyard garden. The house is in a quiet spot directly next to the Kamp-Thaya-March bike path, in the old village of Stiefern. In the village itself & nearby are well-known wineries and local restaurants offering delicious local fare. In the region you will also find many cultural attraction and recreation possibilities. The Dungl Center, located in Gars am Kamp and the Loisium located in Langenlois, are only a 10 minute drive away and offer the highest-quality therapeutic and spa facilities. For children Gars offers a fun water park with multiple pools, a yard slide and full snack bar. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 separated beds or 1 double bed, exquisite furniture. The entire apartment has custom screens, lovely terrace.

The small village of Stiefern nestles on the banks of the River Kamp (swimming!) and is characterized by vineyards and the wooded slopes of Manhartsberg. Charming 'Heurige' (wine taverns) offer regional wine and food. The small neighbouring town of Schönberg comes with a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis-, beach volleyball- and soccer courts and the 'Alte Schmiede' cultural centre (wine shop, local heritage museum and tourist information).The surrounding area makes a dorado for sports and culture enthusiasts, offering an extensive range of activities and events. The medieval city of Krems on the Danube (Danube bike trail !) is only 20 min. away by car, Vienna about an hour, to the border of Czech Republic about an hour and half.

Fewo A im entsprechenden Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Beschreibungen der großzügig geschnittenen Fewo, die der Umgebung sowie über Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen etc. entsprechen den Inseratsangaben. Die Fewo selber ist durchdacht und mit liebevoller Hand eingerichtet (die Küche ist auch für Kochliebhaber bestens ausgestattet!) und liegt gut angebunden für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Erfreulich, wie die herzliche Vermieterin eine Fülle an hilfreichen Infomaterialien strukturiert zusammengestellt hat - man braucht nur zuzugreifen und sich zu entscheiden. Im Herbst bot sich uns eine leider überwiegend feuchte, jedoch fast als friedvoll zu bezeichnende und ziemlich touristenarme Gegend, manchmal leicht mystisch, wenn die Nebelfelder tief zwischen den Berghängen schwebten und das Licht stimmte!
Sowohl Fewo als auch Gegend: sehr erholsam und sehr empfehlenswert!!

Unsere Erwartungen und Vorfreude wurde voll erfüllt.
Die Wohnung und das Grundstück bieten alles was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig sind. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Traumurlaub im Kamptal/Stiefern

Im letzten Jahr 4 Tage, diesmal verbrachten wir 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Das Wort Urlaub hat seit dem Kennenlernen dieser traumhaft schönen Region eine neue Bedeutung erhalten. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sie ist äusserst grosszügig und bietet einen super Komfort, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir haben tolle Velotouren gemacht, die Weine im Heurigen rund um Stiefern gekostet, wunderbare Menschen kennengelernt und auch mal ruhige Stunden im friedlichen Innenhof genossen. Die Besitzerin ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin die sich liebevoll um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert hat und stets viele Ausflugstipps zur Hand hatte. Wir kommen wieder!

Alles, was über dieses Objekt im Online-Inserat geschrieben wird,stimmt !!
Nicht nur sauber und gepflegt, sondern auch mit viel Liebe und Verstand eingerichtet.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, steht jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, drängt sich aber den Gästen niemals auf !!
Optimale Lage auch für Familien ohne Auto.
Sehr großes Kulturangebot,unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten,
Als Familie, die Sport,Spiel, Erholung im Garten und Kultur genießen will, geben wir die beste Bewertung.

Stiefern ist immer eine Reise wert

Unterkunft war anhand der Beschreibung leicht zu finden.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gepflegt und hat eine sehr kofortable Ausstattung.Man hat viel Platz.Für Familien mit Kindern super geeignet durch den abgeschlossenen Hofraum. Fahrräder und Spielzeug, sowie Tischtennis und anderes lassen kaum Wünsche offen.Durch die Vermieterin waren wir gut betreut.Wir haben viele Informationen und Kartenmaterial erhalten.Von dort aus kann man prima Wien besuchen. Nur 1 Autostunde entfernt.Mit der Niederösterreich Kart kann man sich in der Gegend viel Interessantes kostenfrei ansehen. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Heurigen und ein Restaurant.Ein großes Freibad gibt es in 10km Entfernung. Man kann wandern, radfahren, Burgen und Schlösser besichtigen, open air Operette genießen,baden, klettern im Kletterpark und in Wien viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen usw. Es kommt keine Langeweile auf.Ich empfehle diese Ferienwohnung gerne meinen Freunden weiter.
