  • Nightly rate of September is $150.00 per night. Rate for the week is $950.00 per week.
    No hidden fees, booking and extra person or sales tax fee are all included in one low flat rate. Rates are listed if you have any question please call me.
    Rates are the same for 1-6 people. Same for 1 person as it is for 6. We do not have an extra person fee.
    ****50% Deposit is required** We Accept Credit Cards you can pay us by pay-pal, money order or cashier check. No Pets or No Smoking in this Townhome.
    Cleaning fee is $100.00 due an payable upon arrival with the balance of your 50% stay.
    Security Deposit we accept Master Card and Visa, Discover and Current Drivers Licenses. We place an authorization on your card for Security.
  • Reservation can be made or the phone or by e-mail.

    Your Reservation Deposit is fully refundable for up to 14 days prior to your arrival date, Holiday stay have a 30 day min. cancelllation time to receive your fully refund, after that time it becomes Non-refundable.
