Located on an exclusive hidden Island just minutes to South Beach, this is a Beautiful 3 unit multi family Wide Bay Front Villa with unit number 1 on the ground floor and units 2 & 3 (2bd./ 2bths ea.) on the second floor (also separately available). The unit (#1) (being described in this listing) is a very large ground floor unit comprised of 5 bedrooms (one without a closet), 4 and a half bathrooms with approximately 4,500 square feet plus a very large covered terrace. The unit is Beautifully furnished and elegantly appointed. Italian tile with marble accents on the floors of the living areas and beautiful high quality carpeting in the bedrooms. The Kitchen offers beautiful light maple wood cabinets with granite counter tops and white on white high-end appliances.   • There are 5 bedrooms (one without a closet but with built in cabinets and a separate chest of draws), 4 full baths + 1 half bath (each bedroom (except for the 5th/ Den) has it's own TV and bath with one that is in the hall across from bedroom #2, the others are inside the bedrooms and one half/ guest bath (no shower or tub) in the living area. The 5th bedroom/ den (no closet, no TV) which is attached to the master bedroom but completely dividable (separated) by 2 large pocket doors and accessible from the living area, there is a beautiful leather queen size pull out sleeper sofa as well as a bunk bed (twin over full). The living room also has a beautiful Queen-size leather pull out sleeper sofa bed and there are pack and play (temporary fold up cribs/ play pens) available upon request. The Rental house was PERFECT: Clean, well-maintained, spacious, comfortable, quiet,great views, and much better than staying in a HOTEL! 15-20 Min Cab ride to South Beach and convenient shops/eateries/shopping mall nearby about a 5 min walk! Perfect for a group getaway as we lounged in the backyard for BBQ,played pool,watched TV, while watching the dolphins swim nearby and boats passing through the channel. The owner was very cooperative and accommodating to all our rental needs. Would HIGHLY recommend this rental location to anyone traveling to MIAMI, and we look forward to coming back soon and plan to stay at LA VUE VILLA!

I would just like to say that we had a fantastic time in Miami and at the Villa. The villa is beautiful and extremely comfortable. There is so much to do within walking distance. We did not really need a car at all.
We would definetly be coming back next year.

The place is beautiful, luxurious, clean and comfortable. Besides all the great things to do that are all so close and convient, just hanging around the Villa was a pleasure! I loved having the pool table right there and what a back yard!! Tons of Sun, huge BBQ and no kidding, the most amazing view I have ever seen!

Scott (the owner) was great by the way! Very accommodating. We made a couple special requests and he hooked us up with a couple extra beds and a great vacation with lots of activities. We were a big group and the Villa was perfect. It was so nice not only having so many bedrooms but even more so having so many bathrooms! Last year we all crammed into a much smaller 4 bed 2.5 bath house and it was as if we had to wait in line to take a shower or use the bathroom but not at La Vue Villa! PERFECT! Thanks again Scott!

The Villa is indeed beautiful, clean, bright, and it truly felt like home. The owner was very helpful and provided us with great service (Very nice since we came all the way from Germany).
The view from the terrace is stunning; we even saw dolphins from the dock. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the convenience of being in walking distance to Bal Harbour Shops and the Beach. You don't need a car since restaurants and shops are close by too. We will definitely be back in the future and we recommend this property to all our friends.

We were 8 people staying in this Villa and it was perfect.There was enough space for everybody and we felt like home. The Villa is very clean and comfortable. A perfect place to relax and have fun.If you want to visit some atractions like the Everglades, Miami Downtown or the huge shopping malls , it is recommendable to rent a car . The owner is very friendly and helpful. We definitly recommend this property to everybody who wants to spend some unforgettable days .
