This property is conveniently located at the heart of Marigot Bay less than 2 minutes walk to the water. It is walking distance to 4 waterside restaurants, gourmet supermarket, bank, duty free shopping and the Marina Village. This villa features two bedrooms and is fully air conditioned. There is a large comfortable living room along with a gourmet kitchen ready for any meal, there is a supermarket located less than 2 minutes walk. Cable TV, Internet Access, private pool overlooking Marigot Bay & the Caribbean Sea. No rental car is necessary for this property! Both land & water taxi booths are located walking distance. Only 20 minutes in water taxi to the Pitons and 15 minutes to Castries the capital.

It is walking distance to four waterside restaurants, supermarket, bank, duty free shops and the Marina Village. Both the Water & Land Taxi booths are walking distance from villas. A rental car is not necessary from this location. it is only 15 minutes drive to Castries and 35 minute drive to Rodney Bay. The Pitons are less than 20 minutes in water taxi.
