Villa Salju at Brawa, Canggu, Bali
Review Submitted: November 13, 2009
Date of Stay: June 2009
We were one of the first to stay at Villa Salju in June 2009. Far enough out from the madding crowds to be a peaceful haven but close enough for shopping and dinner in Laksmana. Having Putu and the private car was definately an added bonus. Just down the road from Desa Seni yoga retreat and organic food restaurant where we spent many happy hours around the salt water pool dining on superb organic healthy lunches. The Canggu Deli just around the corner was great and the kitchen at Salju deserved to be used, it's a goodie! Tari, the maid prepared our breakfasts every day, including her day off! and she really, really needs a seperate laundry and drying racks and on the downside the pool is chlorine, not salt, but hey I'm a naturopath. I'm healthy and critical! And more sun loungers please Susan! but apart from that Susan offers a great family villa with plenty of space, close to Brawa beach which is ok - hey, Bali does not boast the best beaches! Looking forward to staying in your new city villa Susan - Love n Light Jo NZ
