Great for a family vacation! The apartment is a 140 square meter guest apartment in a single family home in a very child friendly and safe neighborhood by Laugardalur Park. The Laugardalur swimming pool is in walking distance from the apartment as well as the Reykjavik Zoo and Family Park, the botanical gardens and World Class Gym. In the summertime there is a small café in the park, Kaffi Flora, which is open until 10 pm. The apartment itself has three bedrooms, with a single bed and two queen size beds. There is a tv room with a dvd player, living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and a sauna bath. Extra mattresses are available so the apartment can easily sleep up to 8 people. There is an internet connection in the apartment. From the apartment you walk straight out to a lovely, mature garden which is shared with the owner of the house. The garden contains a swing set for kids, sandbox and a trampoline with a safety net in the summertime.

  • Rental price can be paid in Euros or Dollars.
    On ordering, there is a deposit fee of 250 euros or 400 dollars. In the event of cancellation, the deposit fee is refundable up to two weeks in advance - that is, if canceled within two weeks of booked arrival date, the deposit fee is non-refundable.
    The deposit fee serves as insurance fee for eventual damage or insufficient cleaning on departure.
    Cleaning fee for weekly stays or longer, 125 dollars.
    The insurance fee is refunded fully no later than one week after departure.

    Check-in time is flexible but check-out time is 12 o'clock noon unless otherwise agreed upon
