Just a few blocks to 5th ave where you can enjoy world class dinning and shopping! House - 2200 square feet: * Three spacious bedrooms (sleeps six) with three full baths * Large living room * Updated kitchen with dining area * Giant great room (21 foot by 30 foot) with TV area * Reading area * Separate eating area * Twelve feet of sliding glass doors opens to lawn on one side with French doors opening onto private patio on the other * Open concept from front entrance to back (60 feet of living space) viewable at one glance * All rooms with vaulted, fanned ceilings giving lots of height * Non-smoking, no pets. * One week equals seven days rental period. * One month equals 28 days rental period.
