The Adirondack Park is over 7 million acres and the land owned by the State which is in the Adirondack Park is designated 'Forever Wild' which means the view you see from our home, across the lake to Shelving Rock and Sleeping Beauty Mountains, will essentially be the same view 100 years from now, or more. There will never be any development or logging of that land opposite our home in the mountains, it will never be built upon, logged or leased for any purpose, it is 'Forever Wild'.
Boat slip may be available for up to 30' boat.
Come hike, boat, fish, swim, kayak or canoe in pristine lake waters which are rated 'drinking' water, and hike our miles upon miles of nature (and natural) trails.
Come in the winter when the lake is frozen and cross country ski on the ice, snowmobile or 4 x 4 on the ice and onto trails on the mainland adjoining the lake.
Para sail, snow ski, water ski, ice climb, or just explore and go antiquing, river rafting, or hot air ballooning.

Silence of the lake in the early morning or late at night, silence of the heavily wooded forest, and off season, the trails are rarely used and any climbs will find you often completely on your own in thought, reflection, and peace to enjoy nature at its rustic best.
Come float in our lakefront area on noodle net floats that just hold your body above water and allow silence observing of the lush mountains as the sun sets and casts shadows that slowly move over the never, and ever changing mountain scape.
If you want peace and rejuvenation, you shall find it.
If you want excitement of water skiing, ice climbing, sailing, or scuba diving, or mountain biking some easy or pretty tough mountain roads, you will find that also.
DISCOUNTS for WEEKLY RENTALS:
10% Discount for weekly rentals longer than one week. Discount applied to full rate for weeks after week one of consecutive weekly rentals.
10% Discount given to guests who have rented weekly from us this year, discount given on full weekly rental rate and same length of rental and same rental season for the following year, if next reservation is secured within 2 weeks after the end of the current rental.
IF additional bedrooms are needed beyond the four bedrooms in this home, the owners have two other homes on the property which may offer additional needed bedrooms.
Scheduled use of owners full gym or gameroom may be permitted in owners adjacent home for up to 90 minutes per use at owners discretion, once or twice per full week rental and for adults 28 and older only.
