This large one level two bedroom two bathroom style town home has spectacular ocean views from every room bringing the best of the Italian Rivera's coastline to California. Each room is decorated with local artwork and famous Catalina tiled walls. The unit's 2 spacious bedrooms include a king size bed in the master and two twin-sized beds. The master bath has a large bathtub for two and the second bathroom has a shower. A wood burning fireplace in the spacious living serves as a cozy or romantic gathering room for your retreat. For your meetings, workshops or larger family gatherings, there is a large private meeting room facility on the premises. A wrap around balcony is accessible from each room overlooking white water and mountain views. There is also a private sandy and rocky beach with barbecue facilities and a private boat slip for those that arrive in their own vehicle.

The unit includes its own golf cart that seats 6 which is really important since there are only a few private cars allowed on the island. Parking is conveniently located near the unit. If you needs extra sleeping its easy. There are many one, two and three bedroom nightly rentals available in the exclusive Hamilton Cove development.

The town of Avalon is a five minute drive and offers diverse cuisine and charming boutiques. All water sports are readily available and in close proximity to the resort. Catalina Island is a gorgeous one of a kind island that is largely a nature preserve. You can enjoy year round comfortable temperatures in the mid 60's to the mid seventies.
