The boat dock and pool are only steps away - fish, boat and relax in paradise. Bait and boat rental one block away. Newly redecorated, including carpet and tile, large flat screen TV, stereo and CD system. Nice screened lanai/patio and covered parking are included.. 4 restaurants within walking distance. Very clean unit with premium linens, please walk in and stay... minimum 30 day rental - $2400/mo., deposit of $900. Available October through May.
