Enjoy free golf with guest pass at more than 25 beautifully groomed executive courses the Villages has to offer. Also available are several challenging championship courses. All just a golf car drive away which you'll find charged and ready for use in our garage. We have a brand new designer home with 2 bedrooms plus a den with sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed with 4 piece ensuite and walk-in closet. The second bedroom at the opposite side of the house has a queen bed with 4 piece bath next to the den. Both beds have luxury latex mattresses for your ultimate sleeping comfort. The house is fully furnished with upscale furniture and appliances. There is a 42'' satellite TV, DVD/iPod player and wireless Internet. Vonage telephone service provides free long distance anywhere in N.A. Fun and endless activity all day long is provided at the villages incl. tennis, yoga, aerobics many arts and crafts and other hobbies. Free entertainment nightly at the nearby town square.

The Villages is located in the heart of Central Florida, convenient to all of Florida's famous tourist attractions. It is a very unique retirement destination of about 70,000 people. It is made up of many small gated neighborhoods each with it's own community recreation centre, pool, tennis courts, restaurants, golf courses and shops. We are located 55 miles from Orlando International Airport and 93 miles from Clearwater/Tampa airport. A shuttle service is available from Orlando Airport. A 2 seater golf cart is available for use in the Villages. A car is not necessary.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Utilities and taxes included Golf cart included
  • The Villages ID badge is available at a cost of $50/person limit 4. This gives you free golf at all executive courses as well as use of all pools and recreation centres throughout the Villages. This badge will also allow you to make reservations at all the Country Club restaurants and the popular dinner dance club, Kati Bells.
  • Payment: A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. The remainder is due 60 days prior to check-in. A security deposit of $500 will be included in final payment and returned within 4 weeks of check out following inspection of home. The house must be left in excellent condition with bed linens washed and refrigerator cleaned out. All cleaning supplies including vacuum are provided. A cleaning charge of $100 will be deducted from security deposit if premises are left in unacceptable condition.

    A golf cart is provided for your use in The Villages free of charge. You are responsible for any damages caused to the cart and a $500 deductible will apply.
