Charming villa, surrounded by lush vegetation and palm trees, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Only a few steps from the magnificent uncrowded San Pancho Beach. The perfect spot to get away from it all and really relax. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from your roomy raised view patio/terrace and/or in your spectacular swimming pool! The house is close to the friendly village of San Pancho, with its typical restaurants and little shops. Enjoy fresh seafood and an ice cold beer, sitting on the beach and watching the spectacular sunsets. For action you can easily go to Puerto Vallarta, which is only 45 minutes away and offers all the amenities you might want. The house has two bedrooms with a queen-size bed each. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning. Maid service included in rates.
