We purchased our condominium during the fall of 2008 and utilized the experience of an expert interior decorator from Panama City to help us furnish it. It continues to be our intent that the vacationers staying in our condominium find the pleasures they are seeking in part from our condominium’s fine furnishings, tasteful art work and surround sound theatre system. We also offer amenities such as a HP All-In-One Printer/FAX/Scanner and our condo is loaded with board games and recent videos.
This condominium has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is same floor plan as the other 42 condominiums in the Las Brisas del Mar complex. The difference between condominiums are the location in the complex and the furnishings. The living area has a large L-shaped white canvas covered sectional sofa with complementary multicolored shams and rustic teak coffee table with matching area carpet. The living area boasts a terrific surround sound theatre system with the heart of it being a High Definition 42 inch Sony Brava TV with BlueRayDVD and CD. This whole system is computer compatible and works great with the existing cable TV, phone, wireless internet and printer. The TV sits on a Trabzon low buffet with drawers that are loaded with over 50 recent videos.
