This luxury retreat sleeps fourteen, with two king, two queens, and a 6 bed bunk room. Lodge on the Green is spacious with five bedrooms, loft, living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, large patio and four car garage. Notes: Gondola: The gondola between Telluride and Mountain Village is unique; it is the only transportation system of its kind in North America and it is free to all passengers. The gondola operates year-round (except for short closures during off-season) and is open seven days a week from 7 am to midnight. The gondola takes approximately 15 minutes from Telluride to Mountain Village core or vice versa and is a preferred way of transportation for both locals and visitors, whether you are just going for a scenic ride or accessing the ski slopes. Dial-A-Ride: Town of Mountain Village also offers a free transportation system; Dial-A-Ride, throughout Mountain Village. For pick-ups, use your cell or house phone, the courtesy phones located at the Mountain Village gondola stations or just ask a Mountain Village Guest Service Host to call a ride for you via radio. All the Dial-A-Ride vehicles are new Yukons or Toyota Hybrids and easily identified by their Mountain Village logo.
