The Ground Floor consists of: Formal Sitting Area; Formal Dining Area; Family Room with Cable TV, DVD, VCR & CD Stereo System; Breakfast Nook; fully equipped Kitchen; Half Bathroom and a Laundry Room with washer & dryer.

The bedroom configuration is; a Ground Floor King Master Suite; Second Floor: 2 King Master Suites; 1 Queen Master Suite; Twin Suite & a Twin Bedroom. Most bedrooms have Cable TV.

The heated Swimming Pool & Spa offer the privacy of belong walled and there is a Covered Lanai for eating 'Alfresco' and for guests who prefer a little shade.

Solana Resort features a truly superb, state of the art clubhouse with an impressive range of facilities: a Recreation Area; Internet Café; Fitness Room; Swimming Pool & Spa; Interactive Childrens Water Play Area; Putting Green; Sand Volleyball; Soccer Field & Sundry Shop. Guests have FREE UNLIMITED USE of the Community facilites for the duration of their stay.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

INFORMATION BOOK
Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks and the quickest routes, the best shopping malls, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.
GOLF PROGRAMS
OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
