Stay in the centre of Nice, go to the beach, go shopping and discover the region (Cannes, Monaco, Italy, the green countryside around Nice). The apartment was completely renovated in 2001. It has got a great balcony of 15 m² size with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun. The apartment is situated in the centre of Nice, near multicultural shops and restaurant (regional, Chinese, North African), 150 m to the main shopping street (Av. J. Medecin). The center of the town has been in 2007 completely rebuilt with pedestrian’s zone and big shopping area, ride way, tramway, less cars. Come back to the Cote d’Azur. You are only 800 m to the 'Promenade des Anglais' away and its 6 km long beach of Nice. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and freezer). There is also a closed parking at your disposal (like VW Golf max 1,80 width), very important in Nice if you have a rental or your own car to park.

Nice is situated at the Mediterranean sea and is the capital of the Côte d'Azur (Riviera). Nice is well known for its pleasant climate in the period of March until the end of October. Nice also is a sunny, cosmopolitan town in the south of France with a lot of cultural facilities (opera, museums, classical to modern art, carnaval in February, Nikkaia-musikhall, jazz-festival in July, Triathlon in September etc.) Also visit the old town or all the typical provencial markets. Grosszügige Wohnung mit nach Süden orientiertem Balkon und Gartenmöbeln (erster Stock). Alle Angaben im Inserat stimmen (war schon mehrfach dort), deshalb erwähne ich die Vorzüge nicht separat.
Der Einrichtungsstil ist eher kühl und wenig luxuriös. Gartenmöbel sind ganzjährig draussen auf dem Balkon und leiden entsprechend unter dem Wetter.
Nicht alle Gebrauchsgegenstände sind zu jeder Zeit im optimalen Zustand; damit meine ich, es kann mal eine Bratpfanne, die dringend ausgewechselt werden müsste, da sein oder der Wäscheständer kann man nicht mehr wirklich gebrauchen. Das wird dann schon bei Gelegenheit erneuert, aber man muss mit solchen Ueberraschungen rechnen.
Organisatorisch hat immer alles perfekt geklappt: Wohnung war bereit, Bettwäsche vorhanden etc..
Und scheuen Sie sich nicht mit dem Besitzer direkt Kontakt aufzunehmen (er spricht deutsch) und war gegenüber mir immer offen und ehrlich.

Wir haben die letzten Jahr die Einrichtung ergänzt in französischen Mittelstand stil, nicht Luxus es ist wahr. Wir bleiben dafür eine der beste Preis-Leistung in Nizza cote d'Azur: mit internetzugang, grozügige Terrasse, Parkplatz für 1 Fahrzeug (1m80 breit max.). Wir versuchen immer die Gebrauchsgegenstände zu erneuern, jedoch kommt es manchmal bei soviel kunden wechseln zu Verzögerung. Kundenzufriedenheit bleibt meiner Hauptziel
