Positioned prominently on the point at Rincon Beach, this beautifully appointed home exudes peace and tranquility. The outdoor decks are ample in size and perfect for relaxing, sunning, and dining. Inside, the five bedrooms, including a spacious master suite upstairs, and a guest apartment with separate entrance, will comfortably accommodate a large family or 10-12 people. The gourmet kitchen is centrally located, yet situated to provide views of the surf, making dishwashing here an enjoyable spectator sport. Additional recreation includes a large flat screen t.v. in the family room, wireless service, a hot tub on the upper deck, kayaks, surfboards, and an outdoor shower. Long known for its famously long surf break, Rincon is also home to dolphins and seals, many of whom enjoy the waves or tide pools directly in front of the house. Whether you come for the soothing of the surf, healthy ocean breezes, long walks on the beach, or the water sports, Rincon Point has it all.

Unbelievably elegant, cozy, and relaxing!

This was one of the most memorable vacations for my family ever! We absolutely loved the property and appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, beach access, beauty, and working with the owners. Our stay was not comprimised in any way and was upscaled by all of the amenities. The kitchen is expansive and well-equipped, the living room is cozy and spacious, heavenly beds, and we LOVED the outdoor shower! The deck was the perfect spot to watch the dolphins and surfers and the beach was so close to enjoy morning and evening walks. The owners, Larry and Cindy, were so wonderful to work with and were very honest with how they presented the house and how the house delivered. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing spot to stay and enjoy Rincon Point.
