Apartment with pool in the middle of olive gardens

The house is located in the romantic valley of the little Boschi river near Ripalta/ Dolcedo. To the next nice village by the sea with its beaches, Porto Mauricio (Imperia), it is about 9 km. The house is set up as follows: In the first floor, there is our flat and in the base floor, there is your apartment. Directly from the house there is a footpath down to the little river for a refreshing bath in a natural pool. If you prefer it a little warmer, there is a swimming pool (7,50 x 4,30 m) waiting for you from the middle of April to the middle of September. As no cars can pass through the medieval centre, there is an electric golf caddy to your disposal for the last 800 meters. Your apartment is built on two levels and consists of a spacious terrace, a sleeping room with a double bed, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette and a daybed for up to two persons.

The house is located in the romantic valley of the little Boschi river near Ripalta/ Dolcedo. Dolcedo is in a walking distance of about one kilometre or 15-20 minutes. Dolcedo is a romantic little picturesque medieval village with restaurants and shops for the daily need. Next to our garden runs a walking-trail and invites to a stroll or a mountain-bike tour into the hills or to the villages Valloria, Acquasanta, Lecchiore. To the next nice village by the sea with its beaches, Porto Mauricio (Imperia), it is about 9 km, means 20 minutes with the car.

Local activities swimming, mountaineering, mountain biking, horse riding, sailing, walking, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing

Arrival is Saturday after 4 o’clock; departure is Saturday before 11 o’clock. Booking less than a week is only possible in the low season. If booking more than two weeks the 3rd and following weeks cost only 75 %.
