Located in the prestigious community of Balera in Firerock Country Club, overlooking the golf course and mountains. The community is gated and has two pools, hot tubs and a fitness facility on site. Firerock is located near the border of Fountain Hills and Scottsdale with access to many golf courses, excellent restaurants, fine shopping, several casinos and lots of night life. It is within a 5 minute drive to four public or semi-private golf courses and many others are within a half hour radius. This unit was a Developer's model and features a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, large island and a buffet bar with built-in cappuccino machine. The kitchen, living room and dining room flow together in an open floor plan - great for entertaining or quiet relaxing. The spacious master suite has a deluxe bath and sitting area. A separate laundry room and classic upscale furnishings are featured in almost 2000 square feet. Great location to enjoy the area or explore Arizona.
