At 'Little House by the Ferry' you can relax in hammocks and hear the ferry boats tooting their horns coming and going out of the harbor. Located near Silver Lake Harbor where all the restaurants and shops are located, you will find it easy to stroll or bike from this convenient location. This charming 4 Bedroom, 1 Bath cottage has undergone a complete renovation and addition in the Spring of 2009. Everything is new! You will love the professionally decorated cottage decor. There are 2 hammocks for relaxing, a fenced-in dog yard, dishwasher and washer and dryer. While there is only one full bath, there is an exceptional outdoor shower with a star-filled sky above. You will never want to shower indoors again. The large screened-in porch has vaulted ceilings and big views of open space which make for a very private setting. No city water so please conserve our well water so it will not run dry. Drinking water is provided.
