Chez Manany is a familiar house with a separate suite on the first floor. In the second floor is situated the residence of Wilson and Manany (owners), who are always willing to have a close and friendly relation with guests. Our guests will have the chance to enjoy their stay in a comfortable, functional and at the same time delightful suite made 100% of wood. This cozy (homely) and warm suite has a maximum capacity of three persons. The suite has a living room area, American style kitchen, a bedroom with one big bed or two separate beds and a private bathroom. To give our guests the most comfortable stay, all areas are totally furnished with top quality artisan furniture. The suite has spacious terraces outside. The house has a look-out tower from which you can contemplate the sea and the marvelous landscape and have moments of peace, inspiration and relaxation in the hammock.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Suite for 2 adults / night: 100 USD ( additional adult 50 USD, children 25 USD )
  • The price of the suite is 100 USD for 2 adults and for children up to 12 years old, the price will be reduced up to 50% of the adult tariff. In case of a single person the price of the suite will be of 100 USD. Long time guest gets discount ( Please ask for ).

    The cost from basic services like water, electricity and gas are included in the price as well as for Satellite TV .
    The service of laundry, internet and housekeeping has an additional cost. All transfers in/out from the port or airport are courtesy of the house.

    Chez Manany works with the published tariff and does not include any commission. Travel agencies or operators have the liberty to set their own commission. Ecuadorian taxes of 10 % of service and 12 % of IVA are not applicable to house rental, because is not under the category of hotel business.
  • Reservations
    . . . are first valid with 50% anticipation of the rental fee. The total amount must be paid 30 days before the expected arrival date. If the reservation occurs 30 days or less before the arrival date, the total rental fee (100%) must be paid in order to assure your stay.
    • Every reservation has to be sent and confirmed via e-mail by the administration of Chez Manany.

    Cancelations
    . . . because Chez Manany only counts with one suite, following cancelation fees will have to be taken into consideration
    from arrival date, 30 days before - cancellation fee 50% of total amount
    from arrival date, between 29 and 15 days- cancellation fee 60% of total amount
