The Penthouse at Oyster Bay is on the top floor of The Lighthouse at Oyster Bay located in the Oyster Bay Beach Resort (OBBR) property. This luxurious, professionally decorated unit is one of 18 units. Each of the three bedrooms as well as the living room have spectacular ocean front vistas. No expense has been spared in furnishing and equipping this condominium for a perfect vacation experience. The rooftop infinity pool, exercise facility, club room, jacuzzi, and sundeck are exclusive to occupants of the building. Although the Lighthouse is a gated community separate from the OBBR, renters have access to all of the resort amenities and Dawn Beach including restaurants, spa, shops, concierge, etc.

Notes: The iconic Lighthouse at Oyster Bay is a brand new complex completed in June of 2009. There are only 18 units in the building with three units on each floor. A glass fronted elevator takes you to the penthouse level where you enter through double mahogany doors to the ocean front Penthouse. Entering across the travertine and coquina foyer you look across the unit to a 14 foot high glass wall with ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel G.E. Monogram appliances, granite counter tops and stained wood cabinetry. Included are a wine cooler and full size washer/dryer. The living and dining area are professionally decorated with modern furnishings. The condominium features two master bed room suites each with granite bath rooms with two person tubs and travertine rain showers. The building features an exclusive rooftop heated infinity pool, glass enclosed sky lounge and fitness center. There is no equal to The Lighthouse at Oyster Bay on the island of Saint Maarten.
