Photos and Description of this Denia holiday house

The newly built house is located at the end of a small vacation residential area with 8 row houses and a swimming pool. The street is extremely peaceful and leads straight away to a shingle beach. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen (pass-through to the dining room), the spacious living room with a pull-out seating corner and patio (10 m2) and shower and WC. Through a stylish staircase you can get to the top floor, which is made up of 2 bedrooms and a shower. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a small balcony with a sea view.

The house is located on a street that is only driven on by owners in Els Poblets, a suburb of of Denia. It is only 50 meters to the shingle beach. Because the street ends here, your children can find the way themselves from the house to the beach. Even during the high summer, there are only a few people on the beach. Near the house (can be reached by foot, but cannot be seen) you will find 2 grocery stores, a bank and multiple restaurants.

Recreational activities:: In Denia - Els Poblets you will never be bored. During the summer months, the nightly flea market and multiple weekly entertainment and street musicians are present. The train rides daily through the harbor and up to the historical burg. Thanks to construction limitations, Denia and Els Poblets have been protected from concrete buildings that deface other parts of the Costa Blanca. Nearby you will find a large safari park (3 km), a prehistoric cave (6 km), a botanical garden (10 km) and countless excursion and boating options in the unique, beautiful landscape conservation and sea protection regions.

Arrival options: Charter flights to Alicante (90 km), DB travel train weekly from multiple German cities to Narbonne/south France (700 km), fairy three times a week from Genua to Barcelona (400 km).

Fishing also in freshwaster: In addition to the option of fishing in the sea, the nature park by Pego, only 4 km away, offers fishing, hiking, swimming and row boats. It is an expansive river and irrigation region that on the one hand makes rice cultivation possible and on the other hand, offers an alternative to salt water where you can go swimming or fishing in the river. Thanks to the underground springs, the water quality is first class.
