Additional information about rental rates

  • •To confirm your reservation a 50% deposit is due within 10 days of your inquiry. The balance of the rent is due 60 days of arrival date. If reservation and arrival date is prior to 60 days, 100% of rent is due within 10 days of reservation. All reservations canceled are subject to a cancellation fee of $400.00. For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made unless the cottage can be re-rented. Owner will make every attempt to re-rent the cottage on your behalf. If cottage is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $400.00 cancellation fee.

Best Place ever for a vacation!

This is all and so much more than is written! The location is perfect for all seasons and I have many great memories of times spent at this cottage. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Great Spot to Vacation!

This property is all that it states and more! It is a great place to relax and enjoy...... the lake, the bonfire, the area and the company! We have used this property many times and have great memories! It is a great spot to sit on the dock or the deck with a cup of coffee and catch the sunrise. It is perfect for boating, taking a bike ride, a walk along the lake road or watching the kids enjoy the water. Make your family memories here!
