There where the Costa del Azahar - 'coast of orange blooms' - and the Costa Blanca - 'the white coast' - meet, you will find the city of Denia, embedded in orange groves between the sea and the 1500 m high mountains (about 28,00 residents) with its well-kept holiday settlements and facilities. There is no winter here, instead, three months of summer and nine months of spring. When rivers and streams are frozen over with ice in other places in Europe, the scent of oranges fill the coast. With about 300 days of sun a year, it is perfect for sun lovers. The house was built in 1999 and renovated in 2007 (in an urbanisation without through-traffic) and has a view of the mountains and sea. It has comfortable furnishing and a private pool (illuminated), which you can use along with the three terraces (and grill). Without being subject to large touristic constructions, the region of Denia is an option for holiday goers that cannot be compared.

As you please you can enjoy the day and the sun by the pool, on the sun terrace or on the 20 km long, well-kept sand and pebble beaches with all types of water sport options. For the nightlife, you will find everything from gastronomy, discos, pubs, children attractions to dreamy bars by the beach on Denia's harbour promenade or Las Marinas. Original life can be found in the villages in the region, which do not live off tourism, but rather from oranges and olives, amongst other things.

Haus und Pool mit der dazugehörigen Aussendusche sind sehr schön,der Blick bei klarem Wetter auf die Berge und das Meer ist auch nicht zu verachten. Der Pool wurde alle 2 Tage von einer Fachfirma gereinigt. Auto ist ein muss, ziemlich weit rauf (3,5 km) vom Ortseingangsschild Rafol de Almunia über eine abenteuerliche, aber gut ausgebaute Strasse bis zur Urbanisation. Positiv zu bewerten sind die Fliegenschutzgitter und Aussenrolläden in den Fenstern, ebenfalls die Sicherheit des Hauses, Hauseingangstür durch eine Sicherheitstür von aussen nochmals zu schließen. Die Urbanisation selbst ist - bis auf einiges Hundegebell der anderen Besitzer sehr gepflegt.
