Coming to LA with your friends or family? Or maybe for work? Stay in this lovely craftsman style house built in 1914. Located in a quiet neighborhood at the base of the Hollywood Hills, it is walking distance to the Hollywood Boulevard and the the Walk of the Stars, Madame Tussauds, the Kodak Theatre, the Hollywood Bowl, and Hollywood & Highland. It is a five-minute drive to Universal Studios and a ten-minute drive to Melrose Boulevard, the Sunset Strip, and the LA Farmers Market/Grove, and a reasonable drive to the beach. Tucked up in the hills in one of the older neighborhoods in LA, this charming home has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, a study, dining room, living room, gorgeous fireplace, peaceful views of the church and garden, hardwood floors throughout. All modern conveniences, tons of character and a great home away from home.
