This unit is in a private 3 unit building across from the Whitesands Beach / La'aloa State Park. You have your own parking spot, own gas grill in the yard, own washer / dryer with detergent and softener provided. Bedroom has Queen size bed, and there are two twin day beds in the living area. Small floor futons are also available for young children. Kitchenette with side by side refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & bean grinder, rice cooker, blender, etc. This building is much less crowded than a large condo complex and a great deal across from the beach. Lots of extras provided - wifi, cable, beach chairs / towels, coolers; baby equipment available - high chairs, day cribs, umbrella strollers. Great location on exclusive Ali'i Drive between downtown Kailua Kona (4 mi) and Keauhou (under 2 mi).
