This beautiful home is located in the prestigious community of Briarhill, Centennial Hills in Las Vegas. Maravilla Express is cozy but spacious, open, two-level, 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. The home is in a private cul-de-sac. This home is approximately 12 minutes from downtown and only 18 minutes to the fabulous strip where all of the world's most beautiful casinos and sights are located. This home has been professionally decorated with your comfort and well-being in mind. The living room has a 20' vaulted ceiling, which has an unobstructed bird's-eye view from the second level. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a television, desk and Internet access. The second bedroom and third bedroom have queen-sized beds. Each bedroom shares a full bath. The family room also has a sofa bed, which sleeps two people comfortably. This home comes equipped with Internet access. The home also includes games for the children/family.
