Photos and Description of this Montezuma holiday house 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms, sleeps 6-8

We have 3 spacious floors that includes 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. The middle floor includes a huge deck overlooking a 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences: refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and blender. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer on the first floor. Air conditioners are available in all of the main rooms. During the evening hours it is unlikely you will need them since there is a delightful cool breeze that keeps the evenings quite comfortable. Our home is located on the southern tip of the beautiful Nicoya Peninsula on the Pacific Ocean. It is between Montezuma and Cabuya, up on a hill with stunning ocean views. Midway between Cabuya and Montezuma on the Southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, the house is a short 10 minute walk to endless stretches of beach. 180 degree view of ocean and sky looking Southeast. There are waterfalls, jungle hikes, beaches, restaurants and many tourist services located nearby.

The views from this room are incredible!! 2nd floor has a 500 sq foot deck which is excellent for extra inflatable mattresses (2 are available) and a comfortable couch. A small 1/2 bathroom is on the deck. 1st floor has 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom.
