This new luxurious air-conditioned townhome with pool-view, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is located in the new attractive gated community, Compass Bay, only few min. from Disney. Nearby are also decent restaurants, shopping outlets, golf courses and a Walmart-store. The house is elegantly furnished, with all the kitchen- equipment you need; stove/oven, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), toaster, blender, coffee machine etc. Furthermore are there washer, dryer, towels, bed linen, free wireless Internet, security system and a nice flat screen TV with cable available. Just outside your door is the pleasant and beautiful community pool-area (see view from master-bedroom) and other facilities as children’s playground, grill etc. Within 5 min. you can reach all the Walt Disney theme parks and within 15 min. you can reach Universal-Studios and Sea World.
