This 2008 Allamanda Designer Home is located on the Roosevelt Golf Course and behind the newly-built Truman Recreation Center with Family Pool! Views of the Roosevelt Golf Course, views of the Truman Recreation Center and views of the beautiful, flowing 4'-high grasses. We scoured The Villages a long time before landing on this particular lot on which to build our Dream Home and have been absolutely thrilled with the results. No through street and end of road cul-de-sac provide a very quiet location and yet with a wonderful neighborly feel. You will have awesome views from the master bedroom suite, with a king bed, double sinks and his and hers closets, views from the fully-equipped kitchen, views from the lanai, views from the den or 3rd bedroom and views from the Florida room. High-end furniture and high-end bedding will provide you with lots of sleeping comfort after your active and fun-filled days. 42'-in HDTV, high-speed Internet and recliners are just a few of the amenities.

Notes: The Villages is a very active senior community for residents 55 years+. The Villages is like an adult Disney World or as our daughter says, 'The Villages is a stationary cruise ship' with all the fun that goes with it! There are literally 100s of activities to choose from, 33 golf courses to play, miles and miles of bikes trails to explore, 20 pools to swim, plenty of pickle ball and tennis courts to choose from and (free) wonderful nightly entertainment, with happy hours, at the 2 Village Squares. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods and family activities are provided. Central Florida also has tons of lakes to explore with or without canoes. This community is totally golf accessible; go to the grocery store in your golf cart, go to the bank in your golf cart, go to one of the many, many local restaurants in your golf cart, go to play tennis or pickle ball in your golf cart, watch the sunsets, whatever-all in your golf cart, which is included in the price of your rent.

Activities Galore: 2 Trekk Bikes with Helmets are included in the rental fees, as well as Tennis Racquets and Golf Clubs. Glenn and I are very active people here in Southern Vermont, however, when we are at The Villages we go to bed exhausted every night. We hit our pillows content and happy and very well exercised!

Golfers Paradise: With over 25 golf courses, including 10 championship golf courses, you have plenty of golf to choose from.

Try Something New: We learned to play pickle ball in The Villages and absolutely love it. We also love the friendly atmosphere. The Villages certainly lives up to its reputation as being 'America's Friendliest Hometown.'

Other Activities: Pickle Ball, Line Dancing, Polo Matches, Senior Games, Nightly Dancing at the 2 Town Squares and daily HAPPY HOURS!
