(This means not renting the master-bedroom suite-with attached study, but renting the other master bedroom with bath and patio, as well as two double-bed bedrooms and an additional bathroom.) Please inquire about the 3-bedroom option if you're looking for something even more affordable. This area is especially well-suited to those who want the feel of a small Midwestern town combined with the famous Malibu landscape and weather. Within a minute or two walk, there are two neighborhood tennis courts, serenely nestled in the mountains.

The house is located in a friendly, comfortable, very safe family neighborhood. There's a grocery store and Starbucks within a very short walk, but at night, the stars take center stage; there are no street lights, and you'll enjoy the true country feel, combined with sounds of the ocean off in the distance. We have a very private neighborhood beach, just three or four minutes walk and less than a minute’s drive from your front door. There are two privately paid lifeguards, picnic tables, barbecue, swing set and play equipment. The beach in this area is one of the best in Southern California, known for its great swimming, surfing and boogie-boarding. Come and enjoy!
