La Maison Prudeaux- Charming Uptown guesthouse & cottage, the cottage ( t the rear of the property) sleeps four . The guesthouse (located at the front of the property) is under renovation, and will be available for rental as of February 1. It sleeps six and features luxury bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen. Walking distance to St. Charles/Carrollton Streetcar, Loyola & Tulane Universities, Audubon Park and New Orleans Zoo. 1/2 blk from Maple Street boutiques, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, spa and fitness gym, 5 blks from Oak Street shopping. French Quarter accessible by St. Charles Streetcar. Creole owned and operated by the Prudeaux family since 1956.

We could not think of anything to change about this perfect place for our clients.

Everything is new. The air-conditioning keeps the entire home very comfortable. Speedy internet access and flat screen entertainment system provides both the demands of our business and pleasure travelers.

Easy access to trolley, several nice restaurants, deli grocery store and more!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful home last month and enjoyed it very much. We can't wait to come back. It was safe, clean and quite, just steps away from shops and restaurants. The neighborhood almost feels like a throw back to the 1800's. However, the home has all of the amenities of the 21st century, air conditioning, microwave, flat screen TV's and lots of parking, etc. We plan to return sometime in the fall.

I stayed with my two little girls for 2 weeks! We loved it! Close to several restaurants and some very good shopping. More enjoyable was the fact that were in a residential neighborhood and lived like locals. A great way to see New Orleans.

I really enjoyed the privacy and how close we were to the street cars on St. Charles and Carrolton. We were within walking distance to countless bars, cafes, coffee shops, boutiques, fitness center and spa. I higly reccomend the Maple St Cafe which is litteraly right around the corner.
