Brownstone’s Sunlite Studio is exactly what the name portrays. Guest’s enjoy the privacy of our fully furnished, fully equipped guesthouse, as well as the feeling that they have everything the need in the guesthouse to enjoy their vacation. This guesthouse is lite in its structural design as well as lite in its interior set up which is perfect for guests who truly want to appreciate, quietness and relaxation during their stay here at Brownstone. The Sunlite Studio has room for five guests (comfortably) and is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave and a 32 inch flat screen television. A thirty second walk from your doorstep leads you to our 27 foot lap pool which is always at your disposal. For those guests craving the warm beach sand between their toes, one of Nassau’s popular beaches is a mere seven minute walk from your doorstep as well. The Sunlite Studio at Brownstone Guesthouse soothes the tired and busy minds of our guests with the calming tone.

Look no more! If you are in need of a peaceful, beautiful, yet economical place to stay in Nassau, Brownstones is the place to be. It is convenient to everything, while at the same time, not in the middle of everything. This property in located in a very beautiful neighborhood that is safe and tranquil. I am extremely picky about where I lodge when I am away from home, and need as much peace and privacy as possible. Brownstones was perfect!

Janet was very helpful in answering my questions. The guesthouse had everything I needed for my stay. All I had to buy was food. The guesthouse is depicted very well in the pictures. No misrepresentation as you will find at hotels and other resorts. If anything, it was far more beautiful than I thought.

From location to convenience, the Brownstones is my new home away from home whenever I visit Nassau. I am a very pleased guest!
