Villa 'La Citronneraie' is a modern holiday home, ideally located in the green hills directly surrounding the centre of Nice. From the villa you have many great views; from the deep blue Mediterranean Sea to the city of Nice. It is only a five minute drive to the beach, the famous 'Promenade des Anglais’ and the cosy Nice city centre. The villa has recently been renovated and has a large living-room with a beautiful evening view over the enlightened city of Nice. Furthermore, the villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 6 ensuite bathrooms. Modern facilities include air-conditioning, wireless-broadband-Internet, DVD, wide screen satellite TV. Outside there is a private swimming pool, a 8 p. heated jacuzzi (with direct sea view!) and a big 3500 m² tropical garden with fruit- and palm trees (a lot of privacy !). There are 2 large south-facing outdoor terraces looking over Nice and the Sea: a panoramic sun terrace on top of villa and a spectacular wooden terrace next to the pool

But the Côte d’Azur is a compact area and “Villa La Citronneraie” is a perfect starting point for trips to discover the surroundings. Within 5 minutes you are in the centre of Nice where you can take the trains into all directions; within 15 minutes you are on the A8 Motorway with good connections to Italy, Monaco, Cannes,...

Heated Jacuzzi/ Hot Tub: You and your guests can use the heated jacuzzi all year round. Especially in the evenings this is a great relaxing experience; directly from the jacuzzi you enjoy a great view on the thousands of lights of the city of Nice, the enlightened boats that are coming into the harbour, ....

"Myself and my family had a wonderful 2 week holiday at Villa La Citronneraie in August 2009. We enjoyed days out in Nice, Monaco and Cannes travelling by the very convenient bus and train system. The bus stop was only a few yards from the Villa and it dropped us at the railway station.

We also explored Eze and Cap Ferrat by car and would recommend both.

Perhaps the most enjoyable days were those spent lazing by the lovely pool and dining outside whilst taking in the stunning views over Nice.

We dined out at all three local restaurants and made daily visits to the local bakery.

Grandparents, children and grandchildren all had a wonderful time at the Villa and the memories will be with us for many years.

We would recommend the Villa without hesitation.
