The Cliffhanger House is truly an architectural feat. Perched on the edge of a cliff, this house overlooks a private sandy beach and out to the mouth of St. Margaret's Bay, then open ocean. You can look down off the decks into the water and see fish swimming by and sea kelp moving with the current. Or whale watch from the deck. The main floor consists of a large open plan living room, entertainment area, dining area and kitchen. There are also two double bedrooms, a large bathroom and a laundry room. Large windows wrap around the back and sides of the house so the stunning views can be enjoyed from all angles. Upstairs is the master bedroom where there is another private deck looking down on the private beach, cove and out to the open ocean. This bedroom also boasts a huge walk-in closet with laundry chute and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
