Having children and grand children of our own we know what it was like when we used to take the little ones on holiday. We used to be loaded with luggage and on top of that the travel cot, buggy and so on. We want you to enjoy yourselves and believe you should have a first class vacation so we have tried to take some of the stress away.
Therefore we have provided for our guests use the following baby items:
Highchair and pack n play crib/travel cot.
Should you require any other baby items we can arrange this for you. Please note there may be a small additional charge for extra items which are not included within the vacation home.
Extras:
We also provide hangers in all the closets, all linen, towels, hairdryer, hair straighteners, a travel plug and pool/beach towels. Not having to pack bulky pool towels will help lighten the load.
Finally and most importantly after a long journey all you will want to do is sit down and relax. We know how tired you can be and the thought of having to pop down to the local store for supplies is just too much. Therefore we provide a small starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer so you can have a drink upon arrival.
If you require further items please let us know, we can arrange this for a small additional fee.
Local Assistance
There is no need to worry about anything. We employ a professional management company who is on call 24/7. Should you need anything during your stay or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact them.

Terrace Ridge is a gated community ideally located close to the major roads yet situated away from the busy roads making it safer and providing peace and quiet for a relaxing vacation.
Our communal facilities include the following:
Clubhouse - where you can sit and relax in the comfortable seating areas or watch TV on the large 42” plasma television. Small kitchen area and separate washroom.
Large heated swimming pool and separate spa/Jacuzzi. There are plenty of sun beds so you can lie back and soak up the Florida sunshine. We also have a sand volleyball court adjacent to the swimming pool.
Games Room with pool table, foosball, and electronic games machines. And if after a day at the parks you have any energy left there is the fully equipped Fitness Room.
